Last January some friends of mine were raving about this all you can eat sushi place on College and said that due to my love of sushi...I would love this place. Well, I can't say I loved the place but in the end I loved their sushi!

We all ordered the $23.00 all you can eat that includes sashimi. This of course being the most expensive all you can eat selection..they also offer 12-18$ selection. It did not come with a salad and miso soup like I've seen in other reviews...maybe they thought we didn't like miso soup..who knows. The 4 of us waited almost a half an hour to be asked to place our orders.. we actually had to be rude and wave our hands at them asking for service.

Two of us ordered pop and two of us ordered green tea. I have to say that the green tea was awful! It was basicly hot water with a hint of green tea flavour. nforgeron.n49.ca and I ordered for all of us. She ordered some cool sushi that I have never tried before....she sure knows her sushi! Our first dish was raw sliced beef! It was sooo good! she ordered 2 different rolls with brown rice.. they were delish.. there was one roll that she ordered that had cheddar cheese in the middle.. I didn't think I would like it..but it was fantastic! I ordered a bunch of sliced butterfish and salmon, green dragon roll, dynamite maki and gyoza. I have to say that the butterfish and salmon were so fresh and delicious....I will go back for the sashimi alone!
Unfortunately the gyoza was the worst I've ever had. :( I wouldn't suggest it.. it was the deep fried one.. maybe the pan fried is better.

I would also like to mention that we had to ask for wasabi and ginger..can you believe it?? I couldn't believe it!

All in all.. the sushi and sashimi are really great. The next time I go I will make sure to ask for wasabi..pan fried gyoza, jasmine tea and make sure to order the minute I sit down. Maybe my next review will have 5 stars.. we will see.

As you can see we were super hungry.. it was hard to get photos :)

I gave them 4 stars for the food alone....They were quite busy on Saturday night...

well i would have to say they don't deserve your 4 stars this time around ..you are too generous, i would give them 3 at the most considering there was quite a lot of negative. thought some of the "leftovers" look good :-)

- all you can eat $12 (weekdays) with great selection of rolls
- often very busy but they do take reservations
- good veggie selections (Bento C!)
- soundtrack, not so good (cheesy instrumental cover songs)
- take out... use far too much styrofoam
- try the deep fried banna desert with sesame icecream!!! AMAZING
