Staples, Hamilton Reviews (3)
Anybody who wants to get any type of service done at Staples on Upper Wentworth... don't. The employees don't even have any knowledge on the software they are using and don't know what the hell they're doing. I went in a few days ago to print pictures off of my VERY IMPORTANT USB STICK. I was printing pictures for my grandfathers funeral. Not only was the service fucking terrible, but the people were down-right rude. My mother and I were in there for much longer than we should have been. I had noticed when I got home that they didn't give me my USB stick back. The store was closed at that time. I called the next day and I was put on hold, not once... but TWICE! Somebody picked up on the 3rd try and I was told to wait for the manager and then I was put on hold AGAIN until the machine told me to hang up or try calling back later. Real nice customer service, eh? Finally, the day after that, I went into the store myself to ask for my USB stick back and the employee was so rude and careless with assisting me. He quickly checked the back and apparently found nothing. When I asked him if it was anywhere in the print/copy section - he said no right away without even looking! HOW TERRIBLE AND CARELESS! It's a mess in there. I HIGHLY recommend taking your business anywhere else BUT Staples. Thanks for losing all of my important data. Careless company.

My suggestion is do not buy any laptop from Staples. They have a very horrible warranty plan. And if something goes back with your laptop they do not repair it properly, and offer you a buyout at 40% of the original price. Imagine a product depreciating 60% of its original price within a year.
On the top of it, the manager at the 3150 Dufferin store in Toronto is a very rude and impolite lady. Her name is Chanda. From what me and other of my friends have experienced from that lady, I would strongly suggest you not to do any business with Staples.
