Sona Computer Inc

This company was once a good one to deal with but then it was sold to another computer company prosys tec and since then I have had countless issues, from waiting a long time to get warranty service to orders arriving wrong. The former owner had an excellent crew that although being swampped with work always made it a priority to take care of their customers unlike the new owner and they all are gone since the change in ownership. Seems weird that they left? don't get me wrong I sometimes had to wait but if I called I did not get the run around the warehouse staff were always able to provide me with honest acurrate updates. With Prosys it took me 3 days just to talk to someone who knew what they were doing.
