ive been there a few times now and everytime i go they seem to know waht the problem is almost right away without me saying whats wrong. They have givin me countless advice on how to maintain a computer and didnte ven charge me to fix my computer fans. Everyone who works there is friendly and willing to help you out with anything.

Personally Its the only place i go when i have a computer problem.
