when a price is too good to be true it probably is. I received a call call from these guys and got an email with there Cisco specials. My problem started when i ordered. Next day delivery didn't come until next week and when I did get the product it was obviously been out of the "sealed" box
I called Cisco to inquire if this was the way i was supposed to receive products and they quickly told me that Manucomp was not an authorized reseller of Cisco and that they would not warrant any products or software I got from them because it was used.
I know the difference from refurbished and new. When you order new you should get new.
I won't be back.

I recently came to manucomp to buy a small voip system. The service was a little slow and the technician often came with the wrong equipment. At the end of transaction I was charged an extra $1000 with no explanation.
Trying to get my money back from the credit card company.

We recently upgraded our computer systems at the office and we used Manucomp- bought everything I needed from them and got it all at a great price that saved me money. Trust me- I shopped around and no one beat their prices.
They even bought some of my -still in good condition- computer hardware.
Happy with Manucomp- will use them again.

Got in touch with Manucomp after an email with their Cisco specials. I was interested in some of the listed products and their prices were way cheaper compared to other places I had searched before, so I called them to ask if the items were new. They confirmed they only announce their specials in new equipment but they also offer refurbished products at even lower costs. My company is very satisfied with the purchase and fast delivery.

I started buying from Manucomp about 2 years ago and receive nothing but excellent service. Their prices on the Cisco and HP equipment I need for my department are extremely competitive. They keep you updated on the progress of your order and follow up later to see if you're satisfied. I would recommend them to anybody who wants value and good service.

The IT infrastructure is important to every single business and if you could create a value add to your company by demonstrating the savings that one could make, would you not do it? Manucomp has saved our company thousands of dollars and have been true to their word about the whole process. Quick and efficient delivery as well as step by step communication in the process allowed for a smooth and efficient delivery process. Looking forward to doing business again.

This company is located out of a dilapidated old house on Islington Avenue. There's no office or warehouse or any of the things you would expect. It's a Mickey mouse home based business. They are not authorized to sell Cisco equipment and offer no warranties. Stay away!
