UPS LOST MY PACKAGE, REFUSED TO REFUND ANY MONEY BECAUSE IT WAS PERSONAL GOODS AND EVEN REFUSED TO REFUND THE SHIPPING CHARGE I PAID BECAUSE THEY SAID I AM SENDING IT AT MY OWN RISK!!!! HAHAHAHAHAHAHA>>>ARE YOU FKINIG KIDDING ME? SO USING UPS IS A GAMBLE!!!!!???? W T F

I would like to see someone bring about a class-action lawsuit against UPS for their cross-border shipments to Canadians. My most recent encounter with the jackals was a parcel from Florida which cost $168 to buy and prepaid shipping to UPS Canada of $62. The delivery man comes to the door FINALLY and tells me I owe an additional $166 for customs. When I tell him that Revenue Canada has already said there are no duties to be paid, he then tells me it is a brokerage fee.
What we have is an item worth $168 with shipping of almost $130. I refused the shipment in a flood of one-syllable words and slammed the front door. I am taking them to Small Claims Court for the FREE re-delivery of my item. What they really need is to have a class-action lawsuit brought against them for the decades that they've been pulling this cross-border crap.
I believe Canada Post charges a $5 brokerage fee.

The surcharge should have read $66, not $166
Had UPS scheduled for delivery next day. When it was not here, called same evening and was told they had attempted delivery at 7.35 pm. This is not true as we were there. told them needed parcel by 10am next day. Next day I received notice saying delivery was rescheduled for sometime this day. got royal round around telling me someone would call me. Told them not good enough -- I want the parcel. Tried to get some action -- after about 45 minutes on the phone, insisting for a supervisor, one came on, said would check status. Afer holding about 5 mins, supervisor came back, said someone would call to tell me when. Insisted for a manager, am still waiting for one --NEVER CAME ON.
Package sent from California to Canada one attempt to deliver and no door Knockers package sent back to sender in US. Lame company, Use at your Own risk.
Good luck in even contacting anyone at UPS. The only telephone numbers lead you to their call centre - where the poor unfortunate employees don't even KNOW UPS has a head office. I will never, ever deal with UPS. I've only become entangled with them because someone used them to send me a package - and so the nightmare begins! Interestingly, one "customer service" person admitted that the tracking info is full of fraudulent statements - in other words lies. When I wondered allowed how this would sound in court, at least one of my concerns was miraculously resolved. Only use UPS if you have the patience of a saint, huge amounts of spare time to be filled and a broad streak of masochism. (The half-star I've given them is only because I had to put SOMETHING.)
I was wrongly billed another company's invoice, so I called UPS, they admitted that yes it was not my invoice & they would FIX IT...5 months later, 4 phone calls later, fighting with a collection agency, and refused pickups are just a few problems.... 2 weeks ago, they appologiesed and sent one of my shippments for free to make up for the inconvinience..... called yesterday for a pick up .... no.....my account still is on hold.....I am out of my mind, and can not get to talk to anyone....I am waiting and waiting for someone to call and get this &%#@* mess fixed... It is their mistake - not mine !
UPS dose not care about cutomers, it is he worst service ever. I dont even want to give it any star as i would be wasting my time.
