I will start with a little background. I left my computer for an upgrade in Sept, and then lost my job. The repairs were going to cost about 500. Obviously I didnt have the money. Finally (Feb 3rd) I was able to pick up my computer, and they "recycled it". There are no words. Being a single unemployed mother I can not afford a new computer, and now I have nothing. The 411 on the fact that you were going to trash my computer would have been nice. I am so angry, and i suspect that this is not the first time this has happened. Don't ever shop here.
