" No Data - No Charge: You will be billed only if you have agreed to our estimate and if you have accepted the recovery results. If we recover no useful data, no recovery fee will be charged. If we get a partial recovery, you may negotiate a mutually agreed lesser recovery fee.
Data Quality Policy: Occasionally a recovery will return some amount of corrupt and unusable data. If you regard the the amount of unusable data to be significant, we will try to resolve the corruption / unusabilty issues to your satisfaction or we will refund all or an agreed part of the cost of the recovery.
