This company is genuinely hilarious. If you put a bunch of angry 5'6" men with tiny wieners in a room this is the company they will come up with. The legal threats are so funny, for some reason Mike thinks the supreme court deals with Google reviews. I guess if you put 25 years into being a debt collector you have to be a loser, and it shows.

Michael Murrell runs CMC and holds no professional behaviour when contacting people who are in debt. He threatens, screams into the phone, won't listen to you, demands full payment immediately or will seek legal proceedings. He makes up untruths about previous call attempts or conversations, he does not follow his own letter of notification on time frames. He reviews your credit history for no reason other than his own personal pleasure. He will hide behind lawyers once he proceeds with legal proceedings instead of letting you deal with your debt. They send you threatening letters that are intimidating and unwarranted. Basically he is conducting illegal/unprofessional methods to obtain your debt and does not allow you to speak. He acts like judge, jury and executioner with your debt even when you can not afford to pay it. He does not care to listen and you will only be screamed at by him on the phone. Total unacceptable behaviour and conduct of this company.
