Last Saturday I went to the Yonge and Eglinton location looking for a compilation CD for My Dad. I looked in The Country section.. couldn't find it... so I went to the customer service desk. The girl who was working at the service desk, quickly found what I was looking for in her HMV database and called the Yonge and Dundas store and had them set it aside for me so I could pick it up the next day.... She was sooo nice and I'm so glad I was able to pick it up at the downtown location. She was just fantastic!!
