This place is amazing! Sara is one of the kindest, honest, most educated, professional customer service staff that I have ever experienced. Royal Storage certainly has taken it a step above. When I arrived not only did I feel like an old friend she hadn't seen in a while but I felt confident that Sara knew what she was talking about and could help me find the best size to suit my needs. The facility is clean, well kept, affordable and flexible for move in which is what we all want when looking for storage. I would recommend Royal Storage for not only the facility but for the staff! Sara is so helpful, full of good tips /advice.and professional.. I have never had any problems with any of the staff, they've always been the best. And the units are great, I always feel confident units are clean and safe. Love the security.

Here I am still, 4 years later different rental unit for a different life… because the staff here is still amazing!! Callie, as are all the staff, patiently walk me through different payment options and update/review my storage needs and options. The units’ and facility’s cleanliness, security, competitive prices, insurance and awesome staff is why I have recommended Royal Storage to others and trusted storing “my stuff” here even when I resided in another city.

The worst experience imaginable... I moved here from Montreal a few years ago and paid in advance, to rent a locker for a year. The first week here, I had over 10 thousand dollars in property stolen. I asked the manager Natalie to check the security cameras, to see who it was and when my items were stolen. She was very smug and said they didn't work, as "they were struck by lightning." She said she would file the insurance claim for me, and months later, Natalie said it was denied. She refused to give me the phone number of her boss/the head office, so I called the police to report the theft. The police came and told me she NEVER filed a claim for me, they also discovered that Natalie's best friend was the mysterious cleaning guy, (that Natalie said she was unable to contact for months.) When the police finally insisted on speaking to him about the theft... conveniently, Natalie suddenly discovered some of my property a couple days later, in an UNLOCKED locker! I filed an insurance claim again, and told them some of my property was found and they gave me 3 thousand dollars for what was missing... the insurer also gave me the HO phone number. When I called the HO and told them about my experience from hell, they sent a guy to Guelph who read all of the ignored emails I had sent to Natalie and her assistant, for the past year. I found out a couple weeks later that Natalie, her assistant and the cleaning guy were fired. An update... I just called the Guelph location to ask if there was a way for the HO to contact that cleaning guy, to get back my family Christmas videos kept on video cards, that were stored in the case of the Sony camcorder that was stolen, (as my nephew recently died and my sister would like to have those videos.) While the office manager was very pleasant when I made the request today, she called back within 5 minutes to say that HO would not help! Such a slap in the face, as it was the HO that hired those monsters and allowed them to steal my property, and allowed them to abuse me for a year... without so much as an apology for the horrific experience I was forced to endure! The shameless people at HO refuse to take any responsibility and can't be bothered to try and help me, by contacting their former employee to request my stolen video cards be returned. I have no choice but to call the police, to open the file from years ago and contact the cleaning guy about the theft of my property? This nightmare never ends... just be aware folks, the new office manager may be charming, but it's still the same miserable people at the HO that simply don't care about their customers, or trying to do the right thing after I was abused for a year by their corrupt employees... it would appear that lying, cheating and stealing is just business as usual at Royal Storage!

I am not sure if there are two ladies that work there or just one, but every interaction with the staff has been the most calming and wonderful experience. I always feel acknowledged and all of my queries or concerns have been addressed accordingly and promptly. I am so happy with my experience at Royal Storage. Thank you!

The team at Royal Storage is exceptional. I have been using the storage for two years now. Any type of inquiry was responded to promptly, super-friendly and accommodating. The facility is clean, always accessible (day and night) never having an issue at all. I highly recommend the team here at Royal Storage on Speedvale in Guelph! You will not be disappointed at all!

From the minute I started my inquiries about renting a storage unit, Royal Storage stood out from all the others!. Fast, informative and courteous on the phone and in person. Priced competitively and nice and secure spot. Big shout out to Callie in the office. She runs a good ship!

Fantastic Facility & Friendly Service!
The ladies at the front dest were very welcoming and knowledgeable about their many options.
I have an indoor heated and outdoor space and come and go through the gates, as I please, efficiently and securely with a simple tap of my pass.
In the event a washroom facility is needed, there is one on site that is kept very clean.
I would recommend Royal Storage to anyone looking for storage space of any kind!

I don't normally write reviews, but this storage facility deserves one. I have never met more of a kind and attentive team as Royal Storage. I only needed a unit for a couple months through my move. The storage units are extremely clean, it has easy access in and out of the facility, and Callie and Sarah helped me through every step of the way. Thanks again Royal Storage!

Wonderful experience! We had to move across country which was super stressful and Sarah was soooo helpful and friendly, definitely minimized some of the stress of moving. 10/10 for organization and customer service. Also super decent pricing

Talk about amazing Customer Service! I called in to ask for pricing and the person who answered was the most cheerful, kind and happy person I have ever spoke too! Sarah really is the genuine article when it comes to service with a smile....A HUGE SMILE! I have no doubt that when I am ready to store my items next month that I will be well taken care of. The pricing is comparable to other facilities with 24/7 access and alarm monitoring. What sets them apart is the manager Sarah who simply outshined the competition with her amazing personality! I will 1000% be choosing Royal Storage.
