Our mission is to provide customers with the best value and service, preparing the most delicious Italian and Mediterranean cuisine in the world. As the creator Chef Rocks Kitchen and Catering, it is my goal and intent to share with you my love and appreciation of freshly prepared foods, excellent service and personal hospitality. I am passionate about what we do and will go to great lengths to ensure that your experience exceeds your expectations. My culinary journey began 10 years prior to becoming a graduate of Johnson and Whales University in Rhode Island with additional advanced courses at the Culinary Institute of Hyde Park, New York. As a professional chef, I have remained at the forefront of the food service industry for the past 30 years. I have experience as an apprentice, working and learning with some of the best chefs in the industry at acclaimed restaurants, hotels and resorts around our country. I became a professional chef so people could experience fine quality foods, while incorporating a healthy approach using sustainable wholesome locally grown ingredients whenever possible.
