Coffee Connection

Never again with this company for us. We have been dealing with this company since 2008 and not once have they ever even serviced our water coolers. It's an office joke not to drink the water cause it probably has more disease than drinking out of a mud puddle. They don't respond to phone calls for customer service and don't ever follow up on service promises. We tried at one point to reach our sales person (one fo the owner's sons I believe) for over 3 months to discuss our concerns. He never once even returned a call. Then after trying to cancel the service agreement after repeatedly failing to meet their own basic customer service expectations, they had the audacity to try and charge us for the remainder of a contract that was not even valid anymore. We had signed a new contract for demo services. When we contacted them to let them know the reasons for cancelling, they didn't even reply, just sent us an invoice for the rest of the service agreement.
It seems the company is family run and the owner's sons don't seem to care at all whether or not the company maintains a good reputation. For this reason, I'd excersise caution when signing an agreement with this company.

Holy caffeine, you should see this company's color touch screen bean to cup brewer, it's essential an iPad in a coffee machine. Hundreds of choice in one machine and totally envriomentally friendly. Look for the dejong VIRTU brewer on their web site, we love it an would recommend it to everyone.
Service staff is friendly as well.
In six month of service only one hiccup and they delt with it quickly, good to see a company that when they make a mistake they do anything to fix it. So happy we gave them a try.

Was looking for a better service provide, looked around and found this innovative service provider, after several years of service I am happy to say it's great to see a growing Calgary based company deliver in spades,

Nothing but empty promises, stale coffee and old equipment, we dropped this vendor in less than 4 months!

To Whom it may concern;

The Coffee Connection has truly defined a coffee service. We used to have coffee that no one liked and now we get to drink Starbucks and Tim Hortons Coffee in our office.

Their service is excellent and their price was the same as what we used to pay from the old company.
