This tim hortons branch has a poor customer service I always stop in this location between 5:50 to 6:04 am to get my coffee going to work we had long line up inside tim hortons, the staff didn't care us waiting too long, I saw six to eight people serving drive thru while nobody serving us. The staff are not organized, for fifteen minutes waiting line up as I have to catch the bus viva bus and still I did not get my order which I already paid it is very uncomfortable being a loyal customer taking for granted, whereever I go I always go to timhortons to get my coffee but I haven't experience the way they treated their customers on this branch. I understand if it happens once but this happen for the third time. As a loyal customer of tim hortons I don't complain that much but if it happens always would you be happy as a customer on this branch? Just like today I ordered coffee and bagel after waiting too long and my bus is there at 6:04 still I did not get my order so I have to go.
