Hey timmies, what's going on. Your commercials always seem to show smiling employees serving a smiling customer. Then what happened to the merivale location? Your staff always have that pissed off overworked and underpaid look on their faces. You make us wait in line and keep half a cashier to serve the lineup while 6 employees are working the drive through. What's up with that. I've had to wait up to 15 minutes in line when cars wait an average of 5. Untrained to count change back.untrained in getting a Frickin order right... I'm forever done with you. There are plenty more around willing to take my daily 6 bucks with a smile and good service . Goodbye

Horrible Service.
Always make their clients wait when taking an order. There will be at least 3 of them chatting up just watching you wait for them to attend you.
They mess up your order constantly.

I happened to visit this shop twice last month and they didn't disappoint. The quality of service is excellent and the products are amazing.

Coffee is never consistent tasting.

I go through tim hortons drive thru when we are running late or for a treat.. today I got scammed out of my money from a guy in drive thru.. I gave him 2.25 and the coffee was 2.05, yes I know 20 cents but it adds up after awhile since the price of coffee is expensive enough. He refused to give me my change.

Their doughnuts, cookies, bagels etc are always fresh and available. Area always clean and tidy..unlike other stores I have been in! I usually come around the morning and always get my triple triple without fail! They have a great group of people who generally care for their customers.

consistently do not get the correct coffees as ordered. I usually get coffee between 5 and 7 am. This morning, none of the coffees had sugar as ordered.
