I bought coffe and some other staff few tims out 10 the made mistake 7 times either they did not put crem or if i order muffin they put donut one day I went to for complain the girl who was supervisor, she said did you call before came here, I said no than she said I don,t know who did it. I was explain to her but did not work.
Today my son order for two coffee and one english toffy from the drive throgh when he came home he found they put three reguler coffee no english toffy but they dcharge for english toffe.

i wish ppl could visit this location just to see how brutal it is. ive been sitting in line for 25min, long enough to find this site and write this review. most employees can not speak english, nor can they count to 3 to correctly make my tripple tripple. if their was any other lication nearby id never visit this place again. i just yell at them daily till they get it rite
Oh quit your whining they get paid minimum wage, for what to deal with rude customers and if its dirty what are they suppose to do just stop service to go clean, if people weren't so lazy and actually threw out their garbage there would be no issue, if you have an issue talk to the manager don't just sit behind a computer and have your nose out of joint
This location has a few problems, at times the service is very slow, but mostly it's the garbage and cigaret butts that cover the area especially around the back when going through the drive thru. I have never seen anything like this at the many many Tim Hortons I have been to not only in this city but across Canada. I will no longer order anything to eat from this location as I am sure that if the people that work there are this dirty I can't imagine what the kitchen is like and if they are clean at all.
However there is one employee there by the name of Beverly that is exceptonal.

Service remains poor with the exception of 'one' employee that goes above and beyond. Employ individuals who can at least speak/understand our native language.
