Sams and Coffee, Spokane Valley Reviews (3)
I am a long time customer of Pams. Within the last year, I have noticed a change in the coffee. I thought Pams was about
quality...apparantly not anymore. The coffee is watered down..and so much I can barely taste the Irish Cream flavour..that once was my all time FAV! coffee at PAMS!! Poor choice of Management. Pams has lost a loooong time Customer.
I'll never be back!!

Excellent place to sit down and have a coffee or tea or whatever. The environment, and music is nice. The counter service was excellent. They pour the or make the drink behind the counter, you prepare your drink at another counter(milk, sugar). There's free wifi access if you've purchased anything from there if you have your own device. $2 per half hour of computer time if wanted. They have the newspaper, The View and other pamphlets available to read.
I went there twice in one day. The first time I went there was in the morning or around lunch, I bought a Chai. The Chai was excellent. Later in the afternoon, I grabbed an Earl Grey which was alright. The Chai was better I've found.
To further the acknowledgement and if Pan's Coffee & Tea Co. are reading this: You should enable your computers to run Linux as it would cut down the cost of viruses, and computer downtime since XP is pretty much out of date now. And Windows is pushing toward Vista and/ or Windows 7. With Linux, you'd essentially get a free legal Operating System which enables you have get free computer updates and upgrades within the OS, and software that is installed. You wouldn't have to worry about viruses and the OS has IP tables which lets you manage the firewall. There's over 25000 packages of software centrally available in the repositories. Check out Ubuntu, a distribution of the Linux OS which is more desktop orientated for the user and for people running servers too. Anything is available for you. Whether you want to run a machine blocking services and ports for security reasons, logging whatever is needed. It's all there, you just need the infrastructure, and adaptability.
The only thing worth changing is the computer setup. Which would only help the company be a lot more cost efficient when and if there is downtime in regards to the computers.
Have a good one, and hopefully this review is helpful.

Thanks for the detailed review!!
They make excellent lattes and cappucinos - foam almost tastes cream! Finally a place that can make a proper drink!
