I recently bought a new home and the humidifier attached to the furnace is leaking water. I shut the furnace off and called this company (their sticker was on the equipment). I set up a service appointment. I was given a date and a time frame for the service technician to arrive. No one came, no one called. They were just a complete "No Show". There won't be heat in my house until I can get someone else to come. Don't waste your time with these guys. Clearly they're unreliable.
