Flourish Education, are a family run education recruitment agency based in Longbridge Town Centre (site of the former MG Rover plant), we're within easy reach of local and national road links and public transport connections - Longbridge railway station is just down the road. Flourish have been building strong relationships with education establishments since 2010, supplying teachers and non-teaching education staff into schools, colleges, children's centres and nurseries across the West Midlands in Birmingham, Coventry, Staffordshire, Warwickshire, Worcestershire and Telford and Wrekin. Flourish have been working with top schools across the Midlands for more than 7 years. It all started back in 2010 when Flourish Education sprouted and the company directors, Grant and Louise, began operating from their home study. Grant and Louise wanted to start a company unlike the companies they had previously worked for - which were big organisations where the personal touch could sometimes get lost.
