Southside Ornamental Iron Work

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!! They are rude, crazy scam artists and they are extremely over priced. They have zero customer service and are extremely unorganized. Their show room is very dirty and consists of a couple items leaned against the wall in a small tiny room covered in dust and debris. If you are using a builder that says you must use them take the credit for that service from your builder and contact someone else. I cannot stress how terrible and rude these people are. This is not a business it is a scam, BEWARE! They don’t care about you, what they want is your money and they will avoid you and not give you your service. The man that does the quoting is Mark, avoid ever having to deal with him. He will belittle you and be extremely rude and will treat you like GARBAGE. He is extremely mean and doesn’t care about anything but quoting things at crazy high prices. If you call him out on the high price he will attack you claiming you are stupid and what do you know! When I explained to him that I found a better price at every other place I tried he said to me “Good luck with your discount stairs” (I am guessing he works on commission???) Needless to say we did not use this company. We found a place that was 30% lower in price and the job was amazing. We also found TWO other places that were 50% lower in price that are LARGE reputable companies that offered fast reliable service and they were happy to give us quotes to get our business.
