The customer service, weather you're in the store or speaking to someone on the phone, is deplorable. I would never recommend shopping here to anyone, ever. Not even my worst enemy. I have spent over 4K in the store to furnish my new place and it has been way more difficult than it should be. The wrong couch got delivered, they wouldn't take it back, then I had to call 10+ times to have it corrected. No one from the store would call me back and whatever twat is answering the phone is not only one of the laziest people I have every come across in customer service but also one of the dumbest. One month later, I don't have everything I paid for, and I'm still waiting on hold. Spend your money elsewhere. These guys don't deserve to be in business.

From the management to the frontline staff ...... incompetent degenerates!
We had the misfortune of choosing this store to have our couch warrantied. Upon re selecting into another sofa, we were advised by the sales person at the time of purchase that we can expect delivery of our items within 3 weeks as it is a Canadian made product.
3 weeks pass and we get a hold of the store to establish where we were at with delivery. The lady who took our call was completely rude!!!! Her social graces compared to that of a inbred monkey.
At the conclusion of our riveting conversation where we were trying to establish a timeline for when we could receive our pre purchased item ,I was being spoken over during most of our conversation. So, I asked that the store manager get in contact with me to try and seek out some answers.
A week had passed with no call. So I phoned back...... Conveniently ..... The manager had just left!
A few days later a call comes in from the assistant store manager who tells me that our couch will be 6-8 weeks as it is now coming in from China. During this conversation, the fellow did not waste any effort on laying on as much attitude as he could.
Nearly 3 months later, multiple calls to the store and the Edmonton complaints number we receive “a” couch. Surprise …… wrong friggin couch! After all that time. To the credit of the store …. It took only 1 week for them to get there crap together to deliver the right order.
The best part is that we had to only have to take 2 days off to sit around and wait for the delivery. Imagine this day and age that the brick cannot actually slot people in for time deliveries.
This experience with this store is 100% negative. The staff are useless and the brick is a joke. Do not shop here!

The agents just care for their commissions, their service sucks that they'll pressure you to buy. I bought something there and ask the agent if I could return it if it doesn't fit my furniture he said yes, the next day I came back to have an exchange. Then the other agent said that they don't offer an exchange for the item. But I insisted that the agent said I could, they let me have an exchange but I've waited forever. Please don't go here.

i would not recommend purchasing from this store. we purchased 2 end tables ,picked them up from the warehouse. one was damaged called the number at the store as we were told by salesman if there is a problem. it has been 2 weeks and the customer service at the store tells me they will call me back.today jan 14/11 i called she told me to call back and talk to the person who i talked to yesterday. i said no i will be returning both today and she hung up on me. i called back to speak to a supervisor and she told me there was not anybody there

Our dryer broke and we had the service person come out. He looked at the dryer and said he needed to order parts. Two days later we found out that the parts were going to take a month to get in. When they finally came in, another technician came out and looked at the dryer and said that not only did we need the parts that were ordered, but we also needed other parts, and that they were just going to replace the dryer. We went into the store and ordered a dryer. They said it would take a week to 10 days. I called back after one week and was told by the customer service department that they would call and find out where the dryer is and when it would arrive. I never got a call back. I called back on the 10th day, and they now say it will be another 10 days. No appologies.. Nothing except that it is a special order and would be in in 10 days..

Bought furniture in Calgary from our guy Tommy that is very good and took care of us and never had a problem over the years. We then bought furniture from him again and have it delivered to our condo in Ottawa from Ottawa warehouse.He check in Ottawa and said that no problem to have it delivered in March. March came and the furniture date was moved several time and when showed up all of it was damaged and then changed.But then the night stand and the dresser change dates several time again. IT showed up in Ottawa and now asked to have someone there so gave them 2 numbers to contact and they now call my sister to say that they where there and she gets there and wait no one showed up. I have to admit that Paul in Ottawa as been good to us but now 4 months later still waiting but our credit card for the 8 months no payment sucks as we did not get the furniture so why should i get pinalized for them?

2 days late on delivery of only half the furniture order we had placed and paid for in FULL. Went into the store and asked why the furniture hadn't come and why part of the order hadn't arrived. "Oh we only store your order for 7 days". This we had NOT been told when we placed the order.

We then get a call from the delivery guy who expected us to be sitting at our house just waiting for them to come even though we had not been given a new date for delivery.

Called the store and asked could we please get an EXACT date and rough time frame of delivery...."oh, you'll now have to wait until Friday" (2 days later), PLUS you'll only be getting part of your order still.

This store does will not apologise for any mess ups and tells you incorrect things with delivery.

They follow you around the store like a hawk, put on all the pleasant faces and words so you will purchase something and help their commission, but as soon as they then get the payment they couldn't care less about the follow up to your home.

We will NEVER be buying from this store again.
