How can you take back a used mattress and resell it and not take back a new set of pillows in the bag we got them in plus give me the run-around to drive back and fourth to your store from outside of the City. You have got to have the most terrible management team ever I sympathise with your sales people and your clients poor business practice i'm not done with you yet.
