Although I did not make an in-store purchase at the brick through a promotion I had a upright freezer delivered by them. I received a call from the brick when my appliance would be in stock . This call came through as promised and delivery date was set to suit me . I received a call to set up my delivery date and time with a three hour window which they lived up to and arrived on time . The drivers were friendly and although they did not agree with me that the old freezer would come out of the basement they did try and succeeded. They were a little sceptical whether the new one would fit down the stairs I assured them it would and they proceeded to take it down . I have carpeting on my stairs they put runners down we’re very friendly and can’t say anything negative about the bricks delivery service

We bought a sectional, paid close to 2000$ for it, within two months the part of the sectional with the lay down part, well I sat on it and it broke. I am only 180 pounds, anyways also within two months the cushion for the same part , the springs inside all started to shift to the same spot , now one year later it looks worse than a couch we had at our parents home that we had for thirty years with the whole family using it!!! And this sectional only I and my wife use itand she is only 110 pounds! And a little more info on my family, my mother was 300, brother 180, I 180, sister was 150, father 180, uncle 220, aunt 150, and on and on and on!!! I am not bothering even calling them again , Calle r once was told I would get a call back, now it's on them to fix this and if they don't I really don't care. Final note, after looking at how this couch was made I am surprised they make garbage like this , the wood they use to frame it maybe half an inch thick, how they fix or bolt the back of the sectional part to the sitting part that you lean on when sitting only has two bolts!!! Wow!!! Way different than thirty years ago when things were built solid and sturdy!!! If the brick or any employee there feel like contacting us, here's our number we are not playing the phone tag game more than one call, and that call has been done already so your turn the brick! 7059804837

This store is great at taking your money and making claims about how good their warranties are, until your 3 month old mattress has a 6 inch pocket in the middle and you can't sleep on it any more then the excuses start . Only one person in sudbury can check mattresses , he's busy. He won't answer their emails. After a month of complaining over phone and emails ,went in to store ,what a joke. These people are incompetent or just don't give a damn. They stand in front of a computer scene ,punching keys like they are doing something. But after another half hour, well I sent him a email on his business email this time ! . Where the hell have they been sending them for the past month ? Do yourself a favour. NEVER SHOP HERE !!!!!! I

This has to be the most disorganized furniture store on the planet. No follow through with orders or call back. No ones knows anything about your orders. Truly dissatisfied!

Thank you for sharing your experiences with the brick in Sudbury. I am so glad I read the reviews. We we're going to the brick today to furnish our new apartment top to bottom but we do not need all the problems and will shop elsewhere where the reviews are good and customer satisfaction is a priority. Thanks for saving me from possible problems.

I have not shopped for furniture in 35 years and I should have checked these reviews before setting foot in this store. I purchased living room furniture and a bedroom set. Many of the items were back ordered. They delivered a fireplace insert but not the mantle that I needed for the television I also purchased at their store.. The mantle was back ordered for 2 months.. My ty would be on the floor.. I wanted to return it and I was told that they do not accept items that were delivered. What am I supposed to do with a fire insert. My bedroom set did not come in and I had sold my old set and was sleeping on my mattress on the floor. I cancelled the bedroom set, tv and fireplace. I went in the store to pay my account on a number of occasions, but they had a new computer system installed and could not figure out what I owed because of their system, the credits etc. I am still dealing with this mess.. I had to get very upset with their accounting personnel in order to pay my account.. I feel bad for the staff as they are the people dealing with all the customer service issues. Do not shop at this store.

No one should shop at the brick, They make it look so good when you walk in there and they sure like to take your money. My Mother a 85 year old bought a fridge, stove and a table set from the brick whom was called and told delivery would be between 4 and 6 at night. First they delivered the fridge with the handle on the wrong side and the wrong stove. She told them to take the stove back which they refused and said she would have to keep it for a month then was called the next day and told this was the stove she bought. Now the fridge she was told that they do not change the handle because she did not live in Sudbury but yet her papers said it was to be set up. This poor 85 year old was left with finding someone to fix the handle for her and to get rid of all the garbage such as cardboard box it was delivered in. What kind of service is that. People beware of this place and do not buy anything from them. I knew a lady who worked there before and said the stuff is all seconds and your being over charged.

After ALL we've purchased from the Brick, I thought I'd get a little better service then what I've received recently. We ordered a bunk bed (that wasn't cheap I must add) from a sales rep named Vanessa. After spending an hour with her, she ordered the bed online. Not once, was it ever mentioned that the bed was non refundable. Who buys a bed for $2,000 w/o a refundable option? After waiting for 2 months, we finally received the bed assembly. After pulling it out of the boxes, we realized how cheap it really was....

The frame/base board was cracked! Ok, that happens. As we pulled everything out, we realized how CHEAP it was really made. We called customer service; Absolutely NO HELP! She advise me that the bed was non refundable and that it was made in CHINA. Hmmm.. but they could take it back for a store credit..hmmmm so I can over pay for something else that is made in China and receive it 2 months later?

I usually wouldn't take the time to write something like this, but I really want others to know about my experience and think twice before bringing your valuable dollars to a incompetent store.

The Sudbury location have the worst customer service we have EVER experienced! After purchasing 2 living room and 2 dining room sets you would expect some sort of customer loyalty or service in regards to their warranties. Not the case. The customer service rep '' Marissa" has no business interacting with the public. There is no way we will ever spend another dollar in this or any other Brick location.

this business sold shoddy product and did not fix the problem. This goes against all their advertising of great warranties. Don't be fooled! "The Brick" is what they'll use to get rid of you as soon as they've unloaded their questionable merchandise on you. I will never buy furniture from the Brick or Leon's!

Purchased a new home and decided to go to the Brick Sudbury to purchase my new appliances and a bedroom set. The price was fantastic. When it came to delivery there was a small dent on the side of the fridge. They offered money off or a replacement fridge. I choose the replacment that was delivered in 2 days and in the mean time they let me use the one with the dent. The whole experience was one of the best I have had purchasing home furnishings. Would recommend the Brick in Sudbury.

My wife and myself purchased a sectional couch from the Brick in Sudbury which was a ordeal in its self, three months later the springs in the cushions began to shift over to other cushions in the couch. Now our couch has three flat seat cushions and three other cushions that you can not sit on due the broken springs that poke out of the seat cushion. When we informed the Brick they were very rude and unwilling to help out saying that yes we do have a five year warranty on repairs only and that they would have to make an appointment 15 days after the incident to pick up the sofa for repair then we would have to wait until repairs were done which could take up to another 5 days or so they said. We had asked if we would get a loaner couch during the time ours was beening sent for repair but that stated that is not their policy and that there was nothing we could do. We then asked for a refund on the couch or at least a switch for the couch of the same value which they also denied. Our sofa is barely a sofa anymore and they are not willing to do anything to provide customer service. Both myself and my wife talked to management after the sales associate was very rude. They also did not provide any customer service. Finally, we spoke with Darcy the general store manager who did nothing at all for us and was very rude. This is the second time ive delt with the brick...both times with sofas and I can honestly say its the worst place to deal with ever for customer service, delivery, etc... I will never purchase from them again and I strongly warn others to know what they are getting into before any purchases are made through the Brick.

I bought a sofa less that a year ago. It was a modular system and 2 of the five pieces started to disintegrate in about 6 months. I had to send several emails, call and fight to get them to honor the manufacturer’s warrantee. Because they don't sell this piece of shit anymore they couldn't replace the pieces and because the disintegration happened in the middle of the seats they couldn't repair. The best they could do was a store credit minus a " restocking" fee. (Not sure what they're restocking since they don't sell the system anymore but anyway). We spent a day driving down and picking out a new couch, arranging a delivery for a week later (since their delivery system won't give a time of day until the day of and we have jobs this was the best they could do). The delivery guys call on the day of to tell us delivery will be that night (well beyond the hours they had given us at the store and outside our elevator booking hours). We tell them so they say they’ll "try" to come earlier. They end up calling out of the blue at 3pm to say they'll be there in 3 or 4 minutes only to show up with a broken couch and ask me if I want it or not. Broken like a piece of the wood frame was broken off. Soooo customer service has now refused to arrange a delivery in a window where we or our elevators are available for booking and they refuse to give is a refund. Now I have a broken couch, I've paid extra for a new couch that they are refusing to deliver when we can be home and are allowed to book an elevator. This has easily been the worst experience with a store ever and I can’t wait to be done with The Brick. Once I have this sorted out I will NEVER set foot in another Brick store as long as I live.

Don't ever buy anything at the brick please! We bought over 8,000.00$ in furniture and only one piece had nothing wrong with it. Had to change my table 3 times and my headboard as well. When we went to deal with the manager (Darcy), well that's another story. The ruddest person i ever saw. No people skills whatsoever. Very nasty!!! So we finally accepted our screwed up furniture and took our losses just so we wouldn't have to deal with guys like that again.

this store is the worst, drove 1hour to pick up furniture which they said was in but was not there, they gave my furniture away in a shipping/recieving dock mix up then expected me to settle for something i didn't order, want and it was worth less than the original, to top it off we waited weeks to get the furniture and after the mix up another week. the staff didn' care just had an oh well attitude with out honest appology or some sort of monetary adjustment, when we did get the furniture it was so damaged it was un usable. we took it back for them to order another. they called and tried to pawn off the damaged furniture thinking we would not notice. i will not ever buy anything there again and hope others have a better experience.

bought about five thousand dollars worth of furniture at the brick.

had numerous problems:
- salesperson told us to expect delivery on a certain date, but forgot to put the order in the system
- salesperson charged us twice for delivery
- furniture came with minor scratches (i can live with this)
- ordered king size bed, bed frame came, but salesperson had ordered queen size mattress
- was charged for queen, now have to spent extra $500 to get king and wait longer

best shopping elsewhere. seriously.

I'm often in a hurry, and the sales staff was very efficient and knowledgeable.

I told them what I wanted, and how limited my budget was, and they narrowed it down to 5 sets; I was literally out of there in 20 minutes, and that includes applying for a Brick Card.

The delivery people were fantastic! They actually showed up 5 minutes EARLY, and delivered a couch and a love seat to my apartment so fast you probably won't believe me (Less than 10 minutes, including removing a door from its hinges and replacing it after they were done).

They left me to unwrap the furniture, attach the legs, and dispose of the ridiculous amount of packaging, but I suppose that's standard practise.

The only real complaint I have is that I could not schedule a delivery date more than a week ahead of time, which doesn't really work with my schedule; however, they were very polite and did not mind my rescheduling the delivery twice.

All in all, my best furniture buying experience.

I was told I would have half of my furniture by Sept 1st and they would help me with full set up and garbage takeaway. They did neither. I was 7 months pregnant and with my mom whom is handicapped and they said "time is money". They left the couch on its back with no legs on it for us to lift and mattress/boxspring up on its side and the loaner frame in the box for us to set up/build our selves. The rest of my furniture was supposed to come mid to end of September. At the end of September I called to inquire when it was coming, then I was told its now back ordered until November and they had no reason as to why no one called to inform me.
Highly not reccomended.
