The Brick

The Brick (both stores in Saskatoon) all around have the worst service ever.

Misinformation coming from all over, the website wouldn't accept my Saskatoon postal code even though when I went in store they said they do deliver there.

It was honestly extremely stressful working with them, and I highly doubt once I have finally received my items I will be purchasing from them again.

I bought a Cindy Crawford couch there. When it showed up, it creaked like crazy and the back cushions lost their shape in 2 days. Called for warrenty. It took 2 separate phone calls to customer service just to get a call back from the repair department. They came out to see. Said they would repair and would call back in a couple of days. Waited 4 days before I called him back. They said in a couple of weeks I could get in. After 4 weeks I called them and finally got in. When I got it back it was only half fixed. Still creakes, but the cushions are fixed. But the stiching they did to sew it back together looks very sloppy. The couch also was sprinkled with wood splinters, and there was light damage on the back from what looks like a cigarette burn. Horrible service, horrible products. Please don't waste your money or time here.
