I just bought a washer/dryer in store open box and was sold with warranty but was not explained to that if a customer installs this on their own, then it can void the warranty. Second, there was no mention of hoses needed for the install. Brick is about to deliver this product and even I won't be able to install it as it won't have the hoses for the install. This is a very unfair sale to me as a customer. I spoke to someone at the store and they said there is nothing that can be done except by the original salesperson who is not in today. This process is very broken and I feel like I was sold something very unfairly. I was told not to worry and I was getting a warranty that would include replacement if anything went wrong and so far the product has not even been delivered and all is going wrong. This is for my mother who is elderly and now I'm not even sure what to do. The rep said I can refuse the delivery at no charge and then have to BUY hoses and pay $200 for an install on a product that Brick should install. They said they only include installs when it comes from the "warehouse" versus from the "store". I'm not sure how this makes sense and how a huge company like Brick can allow such sales to happen. This is very very unfair to me.

Bought new mattress and box spring today , was a very enjoyable time , great service, very knowledgeable, and so helpful, I will be back for a sofa soon I hope to have her serve me again

My mother in-law and I picked out a sectional from the Brick at the Weston and 401 location. On date of purchase we were told that they were accommodating with time of delivery and could adjust to her scheduled working hours.... After two different delivery dates and times, two men came to deliver the couch who were not very polite. They would not speak English and when my mother in-law tried to suggest a different angle to get the couch through the door, they ignored her.
She went back to the Brick asking for a refund as the men were rude and could not get it into the house but they would not refund upon request. They did try to solve the problem by scheduling another delivery date and measuring the couch to make sure it would fit through the stairway (it had ample clearance)
A week of excuses and different delivery times that did not work with my mother in-laws working hours (as promised) have gone by and finally, this evening the couch arrived. But a new surprise was a waiver was to be signed saying the drivers/delivery men were not to be held responsible if the furniture was damaged on delivery/moving into the house. My mother in-law should not be responsible for product damaged by delivery men that she paid an arm and a leg for. They refused to bring the couch into the home unless she signed the waiver. So she went back to the Brick, demanded a refund and was given excuses they couldn't... She did get her money back and will no longer be purchasing furniture from this company.

I ordered 1 queen bed set, 1 twin bed set and 1 twin/twin bunk bed. The delivery guys came on October 6, 2013. They were supposed to assembly the queen set but the unimaginable happened. They stated that they left an assemble equipment, and just placed the queen set in the boxes and left stating they would call back. And No they didnt call back. What kind of service is this? People when you're buying bed sets and other furniture go to local stores because you'll get better service and besides their assembly fees are way cheaper. I dont know how assembly fees could be more than the purchase price. I regret walking in the brick store weston/401 to buy beds. I would never buy anything from the Brick ever!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

THE BRICK IS THE WORST COMPANY TO BUY ANYTHING FROM...I BOUGHT
A MATTRESS AND BOXSPRING FROM THERE, BOXSPRING WAS BROKEN IN LESS THAN A YEAR FOR A BED THAT WAS USED AS A GUEST BEDROOM...THE BRICK REFUSED TO REPLACE IT. GOING AHEAD WITH A LAWSUIT.

I'm about to put my matress that cost us almost two thousand dollars in the garbage because everybody who has slept on this matress had got sick.
It's a foamed memory Sealy matress!
However I was treated with no respect by some woman who was supposed to put me in touch with the delivery people.
She was very rude and she said I was screaming at her which is not true.
She was the one who was rude to me!
She told me that she was going to put me through some voice mail and when she said 'You have to give your phone number" I thought she wanted it right away.As I started giving my phone number she became upset with me and she hang up on me 3 times.
Now I'm throwing almost 2 thousand dollars away.
Don't buy this type of matress!
All you have to do is to go on Google and do a research about how toxic foamed memory matresses really are!

the brick at weston &401 its the worst no good becuase i by somthing there n i did not take it home n now i cant get back my money its hell to getbit back i have been told one thing go home weated i have to call when i did i was told anther thing will i get my money back

I made a purchase at the Brick, Weston Road for a Sofa on February 9, 2011. I was advised by the sales rep that the delivery will be on February 16. I called on the 16th to find out what was happening with my delivery since I had been at home awaiting such. I spoke with a K who was very impolite. I spoke with K and said to her "But I was told my order would be here this week" Her response was "I wasn't the one who told you that." I said to her "why are you giving me such a bad attitude?" (based on her tone and speech). Her response was "because you are asking me a question I can't answer." I have worked in customer service long enough to know that there can be no justification for treating customers unkindly. This is my first purchase from the Brick and thus far I am not impressed. She went on to inform me that my sofa would not be available before the 26th, the day of my house warming event.

On the purchase day, my husband and I walked around for over 15 mins looking for assistance. We asked a few 'workers' who responded that that was not their area and we would just have to stick around for a while. Finally someone tried to help us, but only to be told that it may be best if we came back later in the day, what an INCONVENIENCE.

I was at the Brick today with my wife and daughter. We were prepared to purchase a couch set and new 50'TV. We left with nothing. Why? The saleman had asked us to visit the store today, as we had also been in 4 days earlier.
We were told that today was a VIP day and were given a certificate to attend.
The deals that we were offered were the same as 4 days earlier, same prices... 20% off was actually 10% off and the inscentives were invisible...
I will not purchase from this BRICK store ever again, as I have on multiple occasions in the past.
