Absolutely the worst customer service I've ever had in any & every retail setting .we specifically signed papers waving credit insurance & they somehow manage to shiester u with bills saying u owe them money.they totally disregard they're own receipts in your possession & insist they r right ."committed to they're customers " they say ,shame on u the brick regent u crooks

If there's a negative for rating I would rate them the worst business there ever was! I cant even explain how much stress I've been through. Just make sure when you buy something from them and you have to pick it up yourself to check every side and angle and the whole piece that nothing is broken missing or chipped cuz you have to go through hell for them to take it back and they would blame you for any damage. If its a TV open and check it and plug it in make sure its working. If small/side table make sure all the screws are there. If its a lamp make sure it lits. Just make sure everytjing works fine before leaving the store with their product. And customer service have NO EMPATHY when it comes to serving their customer. Worst store ever! Clean up your mess !!and replace your manager. Maybe someone who would care about their customer!

I spent over $8000 in one day at the Brick on Regent in may of 2013, The 2 massaging recliners I purchased had to be replaced 4 times each… the first time it wasn’t too bad but the people who delivered the replacement ripped the chair on the fence so I refused delivery, they took my old chair and left me with none, then there delivery people brought me a replacement.. "My old broken one" and then I had to go personally pick a new chair, all the chairs had the same defects "screws and staples that liked to bite your hips and fingers", later after the chairs were to be replaced again and this time the brick said I only had one chair not two, I called the brick on regent only to speak to a very angry woman who refused to get me my info to help me with the warranty and actually was swearing at me on the phone telling me it wasn't her job to help me. Now the two chairs are being replaced again and I’m still stuck in this loop of insanity... I just wish I never walked into that store for now it seams I can never leave… I am a veteran of one of the worlds most sadistically challenging wars and id rather deal with that entire trauma again then to deal with the fine people at the brick on regent in Winnipeg Manitoba…

Bought a dining set and a few other pieces for our living room. Was promised the product in a week. Two weeks later, I had most of the pieces and an updated promise of another two weeks waiting. Total of 3 trips and numerous phone calls later got me what was to be the last of my pieces. Got it home (they don't deliver out of town) and opened the box only to find the wrong piece and also defective from the factory. It's now over a month and they pulled our last item off of another customer's order (lucky them) and tell me I can come back for the 4th time to pick up my last piece. We'll see. I don't trust them at all anymore!!!

Really annoyed with the customer service they are way to slow at addressing my issue. we bought a all leather couch and the 5 yr warranty that is supposed to cover "everything we can think of" from here and it is tearing at the stitching all over and now they're jerking us around and saying they're not sure if that is covered.we may have bought this so called 5yr insurance for nothing at all as it seems to me.The person that sold us the couch assured us that everything we could think of would be covered, sure doesn't seem that way to me.

Last July 2009,I bought tv, sectional, etc...around 3000.00.Mr George Glesmann assured me that I will not pay a penny for for 15 months. I got my bills,I was charged with insurances,interests etc.At the brick, they never explained that to me.Now, they told me can't do anything about it!I called CitiFinancail who is sending me the bills, I was advised to request cancellation.Cancellation???In the first place I never applied that??Rigth now, I can't get hold of anybody at the brick who can do something about it, George said its not his job, its customer service, and customer service said, she can't do anything too and she told to talk to Frankie Garcea,somehow, I never get a chance to speak with him,everytime I called he is not there. When I went there, he is not there as well..This is my 3rd billing, I tried addressing this when I first received the my bill....

went shopping at the St. James location and found a bed we loved. went home to do some measurements and called the Regent location, since they are closer, to ask for measurements on the bed we are interested in.

Got a guy named George who said not a problem, that he would call us back asap with the measurements we wanted.

an hour passes by and no call back, so we called the regent location again and this time got a guy named Dan. Dan didn't even let us go, put us on hold for barely a minute and came back with the measurements we asked for. How hard was that?

Long story short, we never heard back from George, not even a courtesy call. If you decide to go with the Brick at the Regent location, don't give George your hard earned money, go with a different sales person or a different store all together.
