This building is in a great location. The manager on staff is very professional and really care about the seniors. Everyone knows that dealing with the elderly takes a lot of patience and can be a challenge because each one faces different challenges. It is unfair and irresponsible to fault management for our elderly relatives short comings.

This building has great potential but unfortunately a manager that does not understand the needs of older people and who is overbearing and dictatorial.
