As a licensed clinical social worker, I work with issues that range from chronic mental illness and co-occurring substance use, to strategies for living a more fulfilling life. Oftentimes, there are barriers for people to overcome in seeking therapy, therefore I take a relaxed approach that makes the experience more comfortable. To me, it’s important to see things from a holistic perspective and help clients identify their individual strengths and goals.
