I have a natural way of connecting and empathizing with people and counseling allows me to use these skills to help others navigate trying times. Some of the areas that interest me most include anxiety, depression, martial/couples counseling and trauma. My approach focuses on meeting clients wherever they are in life and being a good listener as they get more comfortable in opening up to me. I believe that clients are drawn to my warmth and compassion and know they can trust me. Every individual I work with helps me learn and grow as a clinician.
