John Green Residential - Development - Commercial Founding partner of Green Kinash Jakes Real Estate Group, John Green has been passionately working in real estate for over a decade under the principal of "not your typical REALTOR®". From working on a commercial fishing boat in Alaska to working in cinematography on Hollywood's biggest films in Vancouver, John believes his career and life experiences has prepared him to guide his clients in all their endeavors. His entrepreneurial side has lead him to build several multi-family projects, rezone and subdivide properties, and market and sell the Penticton's largest subdivision to date.
