I WOULD NEVER DEAL WITH THESE PEOPLE AGAIN!!! I had to wait a month for the stair nosing to be delivered, it was the wrong colour. Got tired of waiting so I sanded, re-stained and urethaned myself. When I tried to return the unopened packages of wood they would not accept them. Their return policy is within 10 days only, even though it was their fault I had to wait a month for the stair nosing. They obviously don’t care about their customers.
