Changes has an outstanding selection of jewellery that is handmade by local and Canadian artists. Their consignment selection is excellent with over 300 mid to high end labels arriving by appointment every day. They clear samples from wholesalers and overstock from stores across Canada as well. Changes has been in business since 1997, and gives generously to charity as well as offering outstanding service.
