**FIND ANOTHER VET** My puppy has been coming here since he has been 9 weeks old and he is 9 months old. Their prices are high and they seem to not really care about your pet on top of the fact that he has never seen the same vet twice. He had some type of intestinal virus and they tried to charge me over $500 for meds and x-ray because he supposedly did not know the cause. I refused the xrays and just opted for meds which cost me almost $300. He told me that if the meds do not work and I had to come back they would have to charge me for another exam. Recently my pup went in with some mass inside his mouth. I was quoted over $1100 and up to almost $1400 to have it removed and biopsied. i was also taken aback by the fact that she could not even say what the mass was but went to straight to surgery without even trying to explore other less expensive forms of treatment. What type of vets are these people??? Mind you my dog is not acting sick or shown any other signs of an illness. I asked if they would be willing to accept payment plans and they refused even though Ive already given them over $1000 in the last 6 months. I am now stuck searching for financial assistance to have this mass removed but I refuse to go back to these people!!! THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOUR PET!!! How dare you not work with people when we are in the middle of a pandemic. This puppy is my son's ESA and it is sad that these people are so money hungry that they forgot to be compassionate when people need their pets the most.
