"I opened an optical store in midtown Toronto. There is a high volume of people going through my store every day. I needed a locking solution that will be able to help me to monitor they type of people that come into my store. As I am alone here and have high end products. I called around, and found this company that installs electric mechanisms that can be released by the press of a button. It took them less than a day to come and install for me the whole system. I needed to change my keys for my garage door, because I lost them and also my front door. I approached Locksmith Pros. They came and re-keyed in no time and also provided the extra keys on the spot as I had asked. The technician was polite and explained the whole process from start to end. Very happy with the service. Highly recommend.

Very professional and courteous service. i booked an appointment for Sunday for a damaged lock. So Yanni arrived, observed the problem and told me he will come back tomorrow with the right parts. However he got our old lock working until he showed up on Monday to finish the job.He even pointed out what the door installer had done wrong, and gave us some tips on how to make the lock last longer.WOuld certainly recommend.

I hired this company a few weeks ago to replace a lock. I was pleasantly surprised by how quick the whole process was. I got a child guard lock installed as well as a dead bolt and thought it would take the whole day but the service guy had it done in less than 1 hour. I’m very happy with the service and the products.

I called Locksmith Pros in the middle of the night about 1:30am because I was locked out of my apartment. I was surprised that I even got a real person on the line, so when he told me to wait outside the building for 30 minutes or so, I was more than delighted. the technician did have to break the lock, which was unfortunate but was needed, as not every lock can be picked. Thank you Locksmith Pros!
