Bogert Condos

Bogert Condos is a new condominium and townhouse development coming soon by Greatwise Developments, is located at 325 Borget Avenue in North York, Toronto, and is now in pre-construction. This new condo development will have a collection of towers tightly knit together, ranging between 21- 27 storeys. Six elegant condo towers will be paired with a series of townhome blocks together with retail space. According to the developers, a number of the towers will actually share podiums featuring a curvy shape that will mimic the Don River’s gentle sway. Bogert Condos will have 1,617 mixed condo units. Unit types include bachelor, one bedroom (plus den), 2 bedrooms (plus den) and 3 bedrooms (plus den), while unit size range will be 366 square feet to 1,500 square feet. The condos will also include new parking spaces and bike storage spaces. The project is also proposed to have a park and a new public street that will run through the subject site. Bogert Condos developers have thoughtfully taken into account not only the needs of contemporary homeowners but also the projected growth of the city and the needs of the present neighborhood.
