Brenmar

I am trying to get a hold of an expert to get information about and eventually buy an AC but i can't even get ahold of a representative to speak to:(

From our first cold call to Brian for pricing to the final install by Miro and Mark, we received exceptional service. All of this at a price that is MUCH lower than the HVAC provider we have been with in Oakville since early 1980's.

I have been unfortunate enough to rent a new townhome with an air conditioning system installed by Brenmar. The compressor outside says Carrier (it is Carrier's cheapest unit) but everything else in the system (including the coil) is the cheapest thing they can get away with.

The system at rated capacity is barely large enough for the square footage, and appears to be working much below rated capacity. A Benmar service tech confirmed in mid-September that the system had significant problems and would require a return call.

However, before the return service call was made, Brenmar decided that no one needed their air conditioner until Spring. Thus in mid-October they finally responded to the service request, and refused to service the unit until some arbitrary time in Spring.

Brenmar cuts every possible corner when installing the system, including customer service, to save a few dollars and acquire bids from cost sensitive spec home builders. Avoid Brenmar, and avoid any builder that uses them.
