I would like to thank Ping Ye and Zafar Saeed for their excellant service . We live an hour and a half away and Zafar brought our product to Barrie and saved me a long drive to Cocord . Ping was also excellant as she was not pusshy but knew her product and was very helpful . We will recomend your company to our friends

Litemode is a great lighting store I've ever seen. The staffs are very polite , patient and friendly. I've bought lighting fixtures for my whole house from there.

I made an account on this website just to comment on the disgusting customer service. First of all, it is a Saturday afternoon at 2pm, and there are about 2 people working the floor, and 20 people in the store. I had to walk around the store about 9 times before I gave up thinking someone would come to me, and went to someone myself. The lady I went to was probably gave me the worst customer service I have ever gotten. I politely asked for a specific light bulb and she pointed at some man working and told me to go to him. After he got the light bulbs I asked for, (which I later realized were wrong) I was unfortunate enough to have to deal with this unpleasant customer service lady. I am not sure if they were completely disrespectful because I look a lot younger than I am, but I have never been treated like this before. She did not greet me, she threw a paper my way and said write your phone number. I gave it back to her, and as she was checking me out she was trying to make a sale with another person. She handed me my receipt, did not say thank you, did not say good bye, did not say have a nice day. Just handed it to me in silence, and I have never been more angry. How does someone like this get the job as cashier. For anyone going there, she was the asian lady, unfortunately the lady you will see the most in the store. I will NEVER return to this store, and I will NEVER recommend it to anyone.

currently still in the parking lot of this place writing a review. The customer service was disgusting. Less than 2 people working on the floor on a Saturday. No one was being helped. When I finally got what I wanted the Asian lady at the front was awful and extremely unpleasant. Did not greet me, was not friendly and frankly did not say more than 2 words. I wish I did not make a purchase for how angry she made me. Did not say goodbye, did not say have a nice day, did not say thank you. I don't know how this is accepted. She was practically shouting at others and helping others as she was checking me out, and was extremely slow. Very unimpressed would NEVER come back and would NEVER recommend.

Ordered the item and waited for more than a month.
It's easy to install, and the result is fantastic. The look by itself without the lights on received many's compliments. It's just stunning and blend in the contemporary rustic feel of our little TV room.

4 stars for the fixture, the workmanship is not the best, but acceptable.
2 stars for Litemode's customer service. After paid the whole amount, was told out of stock!!!
And I have to call them twice to ask if the item available to pick up.

Have more lighting fixtures to look for, may not going back to them again!

Litemode has a beautiful selection, however the customer service was beyond terrible. When I first walked into the store I was completely ignored by the salesman, and when I was taking pictures of the chandeliers I was interested in (so that I could later show my husband) a man, who I can only assume was the manager, approached me and began VERY rudely telling me that taking pictures was against store policy. My husband and I have been in the business of building and designing houses for 10 years and this is the first I've heard of such policies. But, if said in a manner more politely I would have understood. Instead he took to treating me with such disrespect that I plan on never buying or suggesting that others, buy from this store.

Litemode has so many choices. No matter what kind of look you are going for with your lighting needs, Litemode can accomodate. They have various different price points, there is most certainly something for every budget. The staff are knowledgable and friendly. A great decsion for your household lighting!
