i went to this store to percuse my carpet which i was served by asian male called wahid. he has showed me the detail of alot of carpet and ask me what my requirment are very informative about his carpet.
i am very happy that i went to this store and the sevice was excellent.

This company is definitely one to avoid. I too purchased a carpet that was misrepresented. To date I have a file open with the credit card company that I purchased the carpet with, and currently waiting to see if I can receive my money back for misrepresentation of a product. Remember to always contact your cc company as they can sometimes help.

We purchased a carpet from this vendor, which was apparently on sale. After purchasing the carpet we had it appraised. The value was a lot less then the purchased sale price. Took the carpet back to the store within 24hrs like the sales person stated for a full return and they would not honor this. The quality of their carpets are definitely not authentic. Poor service and complete dishonesty.
