Alice Lindley – Property Manager, is the principal of Optimum Property Management. She takes initiative is resourceful, knowledgeable, personable and detail driven. Alice began her property management career in San Diego in the late 1990’s doing on site management while working full time handling complex real estate accounting portfolios for developers, mortgage bankers, and REITs. Working for a national property management firm she received her training and was given the reins to handle a large new construction start-up upscale multi-family community in San Diego and knew she had found her passion. From there Alice went on to manage various communities along with an executive suite operation in La Jolla. She is also certified by HUD as a housing voucher specialist.
