Bad they never show up... or they did but 12 hours after they where suppose to arrive! They call just once to tell us the driver never showed up (sorry that is not my business) they don't call you to give a follow up and you cannot call during the weekend, so no one to help you! This is a SCAM they only take the money and you never see them again!!!

I had a move done in November and the crew was so disorganized they took longer than they should have and did some damage to a dining room set for which they refuse to compensate for. Just make sure to check in detail EVERYTHING when they deliver and refuse to sign anything until you have checked all your belongings because they do not take responsibility once you signed on the dotted line and they have your money. I am still going to pursue legally and hope to get them to pay for the damagaes.

We planned a move across the country from Vancouver to Toronto and used JMR to do it. They lost our personal belongings and some critical research they had assured us would be "safe". When we arrived in Toronto, and received our household items, a large majority of them were damaged, at least those that were not missing. The head office refused to take responsibility for the damaged goods, did not reimburse us for our return to the Vancouver Warehouse to find our own missing pieces and avoided our calls, and all communications. There are reputable moving companies out there - we regret we didn't use one of them. Take our advice, find one, save the money, time and aggravation you will encounter if you use JMR.

i was planning to move afternoon and they presented @ 18:30 and there manger said that afternoon could be from 12PM to 12AM !
they came and they told my there are a lot of work and we have to catch-up ! they refuse to come back the next day !! they refused to give me my diposit back (150$)!
i fell sorry for who ever have to deal with them

my experience in Montreal: of a crew of 3, 1 is good, 1 is medium, leader is bad, drags feet, just runs the clock + provide extras. Be prepared to pay like $1800 and up for a 4 and a half apartment.

they left me 1 of july out of my house, the driver when came in asked for money to pack my salon , i said usualy the hourly rate includes table packing and all the stuf then he got mad and left.
