doctors are very good, the receptionists suck! both with answering the phones, returning messages, and when physically in the office, you could be standing at the desk for 10 minutes while receptionists sit infront of you and gab to eachother before they help you with seeing a doctor. disappointing, because its so convenient for myself and my daughter.

Went in to get a prescription for an oral travel vaccine and was told there was a $15 fee to write a preprescription. The pharmacist said that they should not be doing that as your visit is covered by ohip. I.e. the doctor is still getting paid because they swiped my health card. When confronted about it the receptionist made some terrible excuse about it not being covered. This place is a joke and should be avoided.

The support staff / receptionists are incompetent to a frightening degree, to the point where frustrated patients get in shouting matches with them and doctors who have an office here end up moving to a different location. They never answer phones, don't call patients with results, book appointments incorrectly or not at all, retrieve the wrong files, pass information between doctors and patients incorrectly or lose it, and generally make the patients waiting to see someone miserable. There are other doctors offices within walking distance and walk in clinics within a 3 minute drive. Avoid at all costs.
