Putting patients in a room for 2 hours is ridiculous. Time to get things in order. You can do much better. I walked in with a BP of 160 over 110. I was very dizzy. 1 doctor there taking on all patients. Get it together. I said wtf is this. This is stupid. Then the doctor refused to see me.

Also. Sick people shouldn't have to go to a clinic that is dusty and dirty. Also ants all over floor. I will never go back to that clinic again. They have no respect for patients whatsoever and

They do not even answer the calls.
After 2 months I realized that the insurance company had not received the claim. I called the clinic but they put me on hold and never returned. I dialed again and again but they just picked up the phone and hanged up right away.
This was the rudest reaction I have ever seen in Canada.

Doctors in this clinic are the worst unprofessional I have never seen in my life, they have misdiagnosed 3 critical diesease for myself and my family members! they almost killed me by telling me that I have only have a lung inflammation but actuall it is a heart failure.

Worst clinic I have ever been to. First I had to sit in an over crowded waiting room, then I had to go to a filthy examination room. They took a throat swob and diagnosed me, then gave me medication. After about six days of taking the meds what I really had started reacting to the medicine, causing me to break out it hives so bad I ended up having to go to the ER

The waiting room is disgustingly dirty, there are no where near enough chairs, and they don't stop registration once he room is far past capacity. My husband was forgotten and finally was seen well after many who had come in after. The hand sanitizer is placed over a chair, and thus sprays whoever is unlucky enough to be in that chair. The dr wasted a great deal of time once seen, just moving about and asking questions about the weather etc before giving the prescription. No wonder the wait was so bad!

I brought my 9 month old into the Urgent Care Clinic because she was running a very high fever. We waited 2.5 hours to see a Doctor - fine, I understand I volume times -- especially during flu season. I was brought back to the clinic rooms after around 2 hours and asked to wait for the doctor. The nurses attempted to check the weight of my little one. The first nurse was unable to get an accurate weight because she was so upset and sick that she wouldn't sit still on the scale. We accepted this as a situational circumstance, she was very upset and very ill -- not about to sit still on a little metal scale. 1 minute after I was brought back to the small waiting room, a second nurse came in to check her wight. I tried to tell her that it wasn't the first nurse's fault, my little girl was too sick to have the patience to sit on a scale. She tried, and again was unsuccessful. No surprise there. But really, she was not feeling well, I didn't want to upset her any more than she already was, and she insisted on trying again. ugh. fine I get it...
Finally, 30 or so minutes later, the doctor came in. He spent literally 1 minute checking my daughter over. During this time, the Doctor looked at her ears -- turns out she had an inner ear infection. My main disappointment was that he did NOT even check her temperature. I bought her in, first time being sick, with a fever, and he did not even confirm that she had a fever or how high it was. After I got home, I looked up inner ear infections -- apparently this could be a very severe problem - especially in small children. The doctor did not even give me an opportunity to ask a few necessary questions... how can I avoid this? Is Tylenol OK with the medication he prescribed? Could this be a symptom of another problem? He literally checked her ears, wrote the prescription, and said good-bye. WTH.
I know the clinic is busy, but after 2.5 hours wait time, I at least anticipated a small opportunity to be properly informed of her condition. OR at the LEAST to have the doctor check and reflect on her temperature which she was running all day long.
I came in to the clinic in tears, I mean, this was the FIRST time my little one was sick, and I was devastated. I didn't receive a single mention of sympathy or compassion from the staff. I understand that it wasn't about me, it was about my little one, but seriously, even an "It's ok" "the doctor will be with you as soon as he can" nothing. Very disappointed in this clinic, if the doc only spends 1 minute with each patient, how in the world did I have to wait 2.5 hours??

I went to this clinic because I am constantly chilled - goosebumps and shakes at 25 degrees - and a migraine that has kept me awake and in pain for days. My sense of balance is also getting worse and my resting heart-rate is high. The doctor listened to me and asked if I wanted to run some tests to see what's the matter. I said yes, of course, and proceeded to the lab.
By "tests," I expected more than having my blood taken and being sent on my way! I received no recommendations on how to relieve the symptoms or how to recover. No medication or advice. There is also no way to know when your lab work is done; the automated phone service informs me that if there are any irregularities, they will contact me, then it repeats the main menu. I was absolutely unaided by this clinic.
However, I did note that children and those with obvious injury were well attended to. I suggest if you have a sick child, a wound, or an observable abnormality, this is the place for you. If you have anything like chronic fatigue, headaches, sweats, or other symptoms with non-obvious sources, try someone else first.

I have been there a few times. They have few doctors and good working hours, however I found only one the doctors acting caring and professional. The others only waisting times.
