Tony and his crew have completed the last section of waterproofing my basement. They've done a great job on time and for a fair price. Hopefully I won't need them again but if I did I wouldn't hesitate calling them.
During a flash flood in March, water began leaking through the floor in one corner of the house, near the sump pump. I contacted several contractors, but James was the only one who accurately identified the potential issue. He was transparent, honest, and provided an informed assessment of the situation.
His crew was friendly, professional, and resourceful. After excavation, they discovered a major problem—a missing connection between the exterior weeping tiles and the sump. They quickly implemented a temporary fix, and James promptly followed up to plan a permanent solution. The foundation work was completed with minimal disruption and at a fair price.
On the second day, two crew members stayed until around 11 PM to ensure the job was done properly. Throughout the process, the team remained professional, supportive, and focused on doing right way . I highly recommend working with them.

I was not happy as an architect to have to deal with a leaky basement on my renovated building. However City Wide Group were fast and very reasonable with their pricing and fantastic with their service guys. They will get many referrals from me in the future.
We hired Citywide group to do our waterproofing and replace a window well on my parents house. My parents don't speak English. Tony was nice and set up a second meeting so I could be present. He explained the process clearly and which materials he would use. My parents we're happy with the work that was done. The basement is now dry and ready to reno. My parents are grateful to Citywide group waterproofing for having quality employees.
What an amazing team of people! We had sold our house in the early spring and found a pretty decent size leak in the basement. Tony knew right away what the problem was and had Jamie come out to inspect. He had a quote for us right away, showed picture examples of what they would need to do(dig down and repair). Gave the lifetime warranty for the new home owners which they were so pleased to have being a young couple, never owning a home, it was worrisome for them. The team also fixed another crack in another area outside of the home they found that I had no idea was there, but it was soon to be a problem.

Great service. Came quickly to investigate the problem, provided a sensible quote, came on the day promised and took the one day to repair and backfill.
