Xquisite Basements & Kitchens

I had a negative experience. There were a lot of: deceitfulness, loss, setbacks, placed in several unsafe situations, false payment arrangements. Their subcontractors had contacted me about not being paid. Xquisite Basement and Kitchen abandon the project after being paid more than 90% .

I have used many contractor to do work at my home over the past 10 years. I recently hired this coming any to renovate my Kitchen and add a bathroom on my first floor since my elder mom now lives with me. In 12 days they were completely done and my kitchen and bathroom were beautiful. I would highly recommend Oscar and his team to anyone needing a kitchen and bathroom upgrade. I interviewed 5 contractors and they were by far the most reasonably price. The covered my floors removed trash everyday plus they were very professional and polite. I plan on using them in the summer to build my deck. These guys are great

I start working for Newton Gaynor doing the summer time everything was good. My first check was good my second check bounce and then he paid me in cash After that it was all down hill. He will give me a check tell me to cash it on a certain day and when I cash it that day it bounce. He is a con artists. He owe me $2,000 he stop picking up my phone call. One day I seen him at a gas station and he gave me a hold bunch of BS.... Be careful do your homework on this guy.

I am a senior and I am always worried about people taking advantage of me, I hired this company to finish my basement because my daughter needed to move back home, I talk to 4 different contractors and decide to hire this company, Their price was very reasonable so I choose them, I am very happy I did and know now it was the best decision that I made, They we're fast, they cleaned up everyday when they were done and now my basement is so beautiful. I love my house again, I highly recommend this company, I will call them again when I need more help
