Cook Road Medical Clinic, Richmond Reviews (7)
Dr L Brown. She is the best.
So sad there is 0 star in the rating. This area is totally a patient farming area. The doctor never ask what is the patient`s feeling. They just want to farm the patient as quick as they can. Never ever been in this clinic again.
I used to go there regularly. My experiences vary from being very professional to very uncaring, even with the same doctor. Sometimes they would spend 20 minutes on a visit and sometimes not even 5. And it doesn't depend on your medical problem or how busy they are. I go there as a second choice.
In my opinion, Dr. Remer is the best physician i have ever dealt with. He's sincere, very compassionate, he listened to your concern. I have been look after by Dr. Remer for quite sometime now, i have never experienced the rudeness. More power to you Dr. Remer .
I had similar bad experience while visiting this clinic as above people although in my case the receptionist was very good.
Dr. Reimer was on duty today and he treated my 4 year old son inappropriately and he was extremely rude. This doctor had no compassion or empathy. His secretary was also very rude and they are always frustrated as if they have to be at the clinic but they don't really want to be there. I have also witnessed the secretary treating another patient very rudely. Dr. Reimer did not show any professionalism at all. I did not feel safe there. I told him that I don't want any of his services and left his office immediately. Dr. Reimer and his receptionist wanted to get into an argument with me. I avoided the argument because I did not feel safe in that environment and left as soon as I could. The WORST DOCTOR I HAVE EVER ENCOUNTERED!
Do not go here. One doctor (Dr Khazamipour) that worked here tried to kiss me on the mouth. Another doctor gave me the wrong allergy shot into the wrong arm because he didn't read the labels. The same doctor then gave me a much higher dose than he should have according to my desensitization history, after I warned him to give me a lower dose or to confirm with my allergy specialist. He refused to confirm with my specialist because that "isn't allowed". I ended up calling my allergy guy with no problems after I got home. Finally, I made an appoint with Dr Remer at 1230 one day. I asked him MANY times after he suggested the appt time if he would be there FOR SURE because I know that the clinic goes on lunch break at 12PM. I show up at 1230 the day of my appointment and tell the receptionist that I'm here to see Dr Remer. Her response? He's not here and is on lunch break till 130PM. Before that, I was made to wait 2.5hours to get a 4min allergy shot. That is after telling them what I was there for and at the time, the clinic only had one other person in it.
