It would have been nice to know that they only take appointments BEFORE having waited there for an hour, since they've apparently been doing this since September! This is NOT true, I know for a fact because I have actually been there since September and I got in just fine. Besides that, one of the receptionists was completely unprofessional and rude. As I went to ask a question she told me to "go sit down and wait until one of us is not busy". There were 3 receptionists, all of whom were doing nothing. Next time I have to go for a blood test, I'll take my chances with the clinic at Market Mall
