North East Medical Ctr

Hello, I find the receptionist on the weekends the worse and yes very, very rude. There is a sign on the front desk that if the patients are rude to the staff they will will send you to another doctor with your file, but it is okay with them to be rude to us. I have put in a complaint to the Clinic association as I will not out up with this crap. It was way nicer until they changed ownerships and doctors.

After seeing in the phone book that they supposedly accepted walk-ins, I tried to contact the clinic. My call was answered by an automated voice saying they were busy, but to hold and they'd be right with me..13 minutes later I hung up and drove to the location, only to be cut off and rudely told by their receptionist that I'd have to go to a Medicentre...if they advertise walk-in why was I turned away? Had they answered their phone, they could have told me so in less than 10 seconds. On the way home I thought I'd call back and see if I could BOOK an appointment...again I was greeted by their automated machine...after 9 minutes the receptionist did briefly come on BUT IMMEDIATELY put me back on hold before I even got a chance to say a word...I think I'll look elsewhere for a clinic that cares about their service.
