I can’t believe the comments I read about the staff being racist. Absolutely not true!! Very helpful respectful staff!

My blood pressure medication had run out and I was not able to get an appt. with my family doctor to get a refill. I called Heritage Medi-Centre and they said come right in. Office manager and front staff were pleasant and very helpful and got me in to a doctor quickly. Got my refill. Very good service, above average satisfaction. Thank you.

Very convenient and dependable! They have so many nice doctors and work such great hours that there is almost always someone who can see me and my family when our family doctor is not available!

This is my favorite clinic to go to whenever I need to see a Doctor. They are always so nice and welcoming and you can tell the staff really care. I love how they inform me of the wait time and allow me to step out of the clinic in the mean time - I mean I always expect to wait at any medical facility all night but at least they allow me to go do my shopping instead of just sitting in the waiting room!!

I have a been going to this clinic for a year and find the staff very witty and the Doctors to be very informative. Highly recommend this clinic and I have been to other locations and they are just as wonderful.

Waiting can seem long but that is actually nobody's fault! If you think that waiting 1 1/2 hour is long, go to Montreal and just try to find a walking clinic that will actually no be full where you don't have to turn around and go home or to go to hospital emergency where you may wait more than a day... and I'm not talking about the flu season where the line ups starts a few hours before clinics opens!!! No exaggeration here. I've had to deal with it myself, dressed up for the cold and brought a chair ready to wait long hours outside at -15c.
The waiting time here that some people are complaining about is nothing at all and is normal.
The doctors know very well what they are doing. I would not be surprised that part of the reason why, maybe (I do not know for sure) the waiting time is higher than other clinics around from what one of the reviews says, would be because the doctors are actually taking the time they should to do a wonderful job and take good care of each of us.
I never had to deal with rude secretaries and I've seen 2 different doctors there so far and they helped me so much I just want to hug them :) They have good intuition and they don't need to go on the computer to research and figure out what's wrong. They ask the right questions and they hear you, they don't argue and they are very nice.
My friend saw a different doctor than the ones I saw there and she is also very happy with that place.

Front staffs like Kayla are rude, obnoxious and racist. They are nice to white people but very rude to brown and black patients. Cuts you off right away; not approachable staffs. Doctor Padilla is knowledgeable, patient-oriented and efficient.

one hour wait with 2 people ahead of me just to be stuck in a little room to wait another 1/2 hour
If I could give less than one star I would

Consider this negative 2 stars !!

Waste of time, there are other walk in medical centres in the proximity of this one and I would opt for one of those in the future.

My daughter had visible white patches on her throat and despite our asking for it to be checked again, we were assured it was NOT strep, just a virus. This was on a Saturday evening. We watched the patches grow and her pain grow on Sunday. On Monday we were able to go to our family doctor who immediately treated her for strep.

Please tell me why you have a fast track program when I waited for almost an hour and a half for a bladder infection prescription! I have been here many times before and this was by far the worst servicepto date! Staff were rude from the minute I walked in requesting to be on the fast track . "Well how do you know your eligible for the fast track" because the nurse the last time told me to say thay. She turned around and walked away. Came back with a cup and said go fill this. Ok thank you very much. Ignorant and rude!
Doctor was fast and womderful

I have used this clinic a couple times and I have not had to wait very long. The front-end staff were knowledgeable and efficient. The doctors I had seen were helpful, caring and took the time to listen to me. I did not feel rushed.

Really? Because have you seen how badly the staff is treated on a day to day basis just because people get impatient and take it out on them? I have. I personally feel bad for them and think they're doing a great job, considering they are always getting yelled at.

I think people in general tend to forget that some places such as walk in clinic's can become quite full when it's the flu season. When this happens people turn away and head for the Emergency department of their local hospital. So I would say as I have done in the past if it starts off as sniffles then over the counter medicine can help, but always check with the local pharmacist incase your on medications, so they don't cause you a reaction to it. When it starts to get really bad start my going to the walk-in clinic between the AM to Mid afternoon, because the PM (evening) is totally swamped with really sick individuals that leaves you no alternative to head for the hospital. The hospital should be your last resort for more serious issues such as heart attacks, reactions to medication, pnuemonia etc. Call your nearest hospital first and discuss with the Nurse there whether you should be seen there or goto a walk in clinic for further consultation. That way you will have a better feedback to your situation. Don't tie up the Emerge department with a cold, this can be seen by your own doctor if you have one, or walk in clinic.
