Matt, Jeremy, and the entire team at NTB have always provided us with phenomenal customer service and stellar vehicle care. I'd been to Matt before for oil changes and had always been pleased with the speed of service and kindness of the staff. However, this past week, Matt and his team really went above and beyond. I had my newly leased car towed there to replace two blown out tires. When I leased the car (two days before the tires blew), the leasing agent had told me that the car had brand new tires. After Matt and his team had inspected the tires, they let me know that the tires were actually over three years old. Thanks to Matt's honesty and transparency, I went back to the leasing company and they replaced all four tires. I am so so grateful to Matt and team for their excellent service and they have definitely earned my trust.
