They not only ruin a 350$ winter jacket by washing it with soap and water 3 times when it was dry-clean only, but they even admitted not looking at the label that said DRY-CLEAN ONLY and just touching the fabric. What!? They would not reinburse the cost of the jacket to make things worse, now we have to go to the small claims court. DO NOT GO THERE, BEWARE. Lady is rude and manipulative on top of that.
